Honoring Your Story, Empowering Your Growth You’ve lived a life full of experiences — some you’ve chosen, and others that have been placed on you. In therapy with me, you’ll have a safe, collaborative space to explore who you are, what you need, and where you’d like to go. I believe you deserve mental health care that sees all of you — your cultural background, your values, and the unique story that has shaped you. As a Latina therapist, I work to decolonize mental health by challenging harmful narratives, centering your voice, and creating space where every part of you is welcome. You might be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity questions, life changes, or struggles with self-worth and relationships. You may be trying to make sense of how your past, cultural expectations, or marginalized identities have shaped the way you see yourself and your world. Here, you can explore those connections without judgment. I will see you as the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you — with warmth, curiosity, and respect — as you move toward greater self-compassion, resilience, and a sense of belonging both within yourself and in your communities. When your voice feels silenced or threatened, this will be a space where you are heard and protected. Together, we will look not just at your individual experiences but also at the systems and contexts that shape them. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, HAES-aligned, and body positive. We can work in English or Spanish — whichever feels most natural for you. If you’re ready to begin, I’m here to meet you where you are and walk with you toward where you want to be.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As a therapist, I approach each teletherapy session like a genuine conversation—not a formal, clinical appointment. Meeting face-to-face on secure video allows us to connect in a way that feels natural and comfortable, creating space for open, real dialogue just as we would have in person. You can join from wherever you feel most at ease, using just your web browser.
