You are feeling like you have lost control over your life. You look around, and it seems like all your choices are being made for you. When you try to go after what you want, you feel defeated before you can even take the first step. It does not have to be this way. In my role as a therapist, I believe it is my job to clear the fog that clouds the path you want to be on. I believe that everyone is the expert of their own life. We become better at navigating our lives when we receive accurate information, remove the judgment that comes with other people's attempts to control our lives, and take a clear look at potential outcomes-both good and bad-of our choices. My passion is to empower, not dictate. It is my honor to listen and not judge. It is a privilege to explore with you wherever you want to go, whether into the past or looking into the future, and watch each person discover their own strengths and build the life they want to live while breaking down the barriers inside that hold us back. I am not the therapist for everyone. Some clients just need someone to talk to and share their feelings. However, that is not me. I care about your feelings because I know they are fuel for change. I am the therapist for the client who knows they want something better but may not know how to get there. I put the wheel in your hand, and we hit the road to your goal. I am direct, realistic, creative with problem-solving... and sometimes profane. I do love a good mental health road trip! I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of South Florida, which informs my approach and commitment to guiding you on your journey.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
