As a licensed psychotherapist with 15+ years of experience, I believe mental health is the key to a happy and healthy existence. I enjoy working with teenagers and adults from all walks of life. I find many of my clients need support with anxiety, depression and trauma. A bit about my approach to therapy... Therapeutic relationships are very important to me. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important that we maintain open communication and that you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way. What you can expect from our first session... We will begin your healing journey with an introductory session where you can share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve in our sessions. Sometimes people need support getting started. If so, we'll work together to figure this out. I strive to create an environment that is warm and welcoming which allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling safe and secure. From there, we’ll work together to reach your therapeutic goals.
