I'm a psychotherapist who supports adults looking to expand their strengths and resources to create positive change. My approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and person-centered. Emotions can feel overwhelming at times, so we can work on navigating this for a stronger sense of self as well as building healthy relationships. I graduated from Central Connecticut State University and am licensed to practice counseling in Texas. I am an avid learner continually seeking out new modalities to share with my clients. My specializations are in DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and EMDR. When I'm not in the office, you can find me teaching dance, working out, and baking yummy stuff to share with friends and family.
