Our virtual sessions are secure and confidential, providing a safe space where you can openly express your. Utilizing proven evidence based and collaborative therapy modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Sessions are centered around your comfort ensuring a pace that respects your personal journey. I accept the following insurances for NY clients: AETNA, BC/BS, Cigna, United Health Care, Oxford & Oscar. Currently accepting Cigna & Aetna in NJ. In the process of credentialing with Oxford, UHC & Oscar in NJ offering sliding scale as needed.
