What should a new client know about working with you?

My style is relaxed, supportive, and focused on creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel at ease. I understand that trust is built over time, and I approach each therapeutic relationship with patience, authenticity, and respect. I use an integrative, client-centered approach, tailoring sessions to meet each person’s unique needs and goals. My work draws from evidence-based modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Strengths-Based approaches. I also incorporate a trauma-informed lens, recognizing the impact of past experiences on present functioning.
