It makes so much sense—therapy can feel daunting. There are doubts filling your head: can it really help? You have taken the hardest step—being curious about possibilities. Therapy holds room for moments of laughter, of quiet, and of holding vulnerable emotions. By listening to your story and exploring all the different parts of you, you can begin to understand your needs. You just want a safe space to untangle the large knot of thoughts and feelings. It’s so difficult to navigate and understand life alone. There are moments when you feel disconnected in your relationships and dissonance in your life. The distance can feel endless, and you feel alone again and again. Imagine finding relief—finally feeling clarity and acuity about who you are and connection in relationships. I want to join you on your journey of relief and move toward change. Through our work of increasing awareness of your emotions, we can name your needs in relationships. I can work with you to strengthen your bond and intimacy in your relationships. My biggest hope is that clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I value belonging and believe it can empower people to be their most true selves. I jumped into the field of therapy because I hoped to hold a space where people felt belonging. Growing up as a second-generation Korean American, I often felt so out of place or misunderstood, and I hope to change that for others. I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercer University. Outside of the therapy room, I like to dabble in various mediums of crafts, snuggle with my standard poodle Bibi, and enjoy time with my family.
