My professional journey began in research and laboratory settings, but I soon discovered my true calling in direct client care. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and have experience working with individuals in hospital environments. My approach to therapy is collaborative and person-centered, focused on meeting you where you are. Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences influence your present, integrating insight-oriented work with practical skills you can use day-to-day. I draw from psychodynamic therapy and cognitive-behavioral techniques, as well as parts work to help you connect with different aspects of yourself. Incorporating narrative therapy, I support you in reclaiming your story and strengthening your sense of self. I also utilize biofeedback and mindfulness practices to help you feel more grounded, centered, and connected—to yourself and those around you—even in a world that can often feel overwhelming or disconnected.

I recognize that life’s transitions can feel overwhelming and leave you questioning your sense of self or direction. The everyday demands of adulthood may bring anxiety, self-doubt, or uncertainty—especially if you’re carrying pain from the past. You are not alone in these experiences, and healing is possible. In our work together, I offer a supportive, collaborative space to gently explore these challenges, helping you reconnect with your strengths, regain your footing, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.
