What should a new client know about working with you?

Grace says: "Therapy should mean making you feel deeply known and accepted. My approach centers on harnessing your unique strengths in building the bridge between where you are and where you want to be. I appreciate how some old habits you have picked up at an earlier point may no longer serve you now. I want you come away from our conversations feeling hopeful and inspired, and over time feel that intangible shift in your spirit telling you that you are feeling better. The process of understanding yourself with compassion and learning new ways of being in the world isn't always easy, but I'll be with you every step of the way."

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Grace's practice is holistic, non-pathologizing, and anti-oppressive. She creates a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for clients to explore their experiences, heal from trauma, and work towards positive change, while also addressing the broader social and systemic factors that impact their lives.
