She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida State University in 2010 and went onto pursue a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2021. Grace continued her studies as she is currently completing a certificate program in sex therapy to fulfill her professional passion and goal of supporting individuals with (re)discover light, love, safety and healing following sexual trauma. Throughout her studies, Grace's research has included exploring how culture profoundly impacts one's perspective and mental health, particularly within Asian American cultures. Embracing the philosophy that each person's journey is unique, Grace tailors her therapeutic approach to suit the individual needs of her clients. By drawing from a diverse range of evidence-based methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, positive psychology, reality therapy, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, she crafts a customized plan to facilitate lasting change and growth. Grace strongly believes in a multicultural approach, recognizing the importance of understanding each client's background and experiences. This fosters a nurturing environment where clients feel heard, valued, and supported on their path to mental wellness.
