I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate who works with children (ages 8 and up), adolescents, and young adults. I earned my Master of Social Work from Walden University and my Bachelor of Social Work from Ferrum College. Before I began my work in outpatient therapy, I gained experience in community-based mental health and served as an intern with CASA of Roanoke, Virginia, where I advocated for children and families.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach integrates evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, SFBT, ERP, and ACT. I help clients build practical coping skills, increase emotional awareness, and strengthen resilience while identifying their strengths and working toward meaningful, values-driven goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session involves me getting to know you and us determining what your needs are. Subsequent sessions will include us working towards your clinical goals.
