OK
If you’ve been carrying a lot — stress, past hurts, feeling disconnected from yourself, your child, or your relationships — you don’t have to sort it out alone. I offer a warm, holistic space where we care for the whole you: mind, body, and spirit. I love working with children, teens, adults, and families who are navigating trauma, burnout, identity questions, ADHD, life transitions, or relationship challenges. I’m especially passionate about supporting immigrants, refugees, and families who want a therapist who truly sees their culture, their story, and their strengths. At the heart of my work is this belief: you already have worth and inner strength — sometimes we just need support reconnecting with it. Clients often describe me as empowering, compassionate, and deeply affirming.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Our work is collaborative and personalized. Together, we gently explore the experiences and patterns that shaped you, build emotional resilience, and create new ways of coping, communicating, and showing up in your life. I follow your lead — including if faith or spirituality is important to you — and we move at a pace that feels safe. My style is culturally sensitive, strengths-based, and focused on helping you understand yourself with more clarity, self-compassion, and confidence. With children and teens, I create a supportive and engaging space where they can express themselves in ways that feel natural and understood.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, you can expect to feel welcomed, heard, and not judged. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what you’re hoping will change, and what healing would look like in your real, everyday life. Over time, clients often leave sessions with: a stronger sense of self-worth practical tools for handling big emotions and stress healthier relationship patterns deeper connection to themselves and their values more clarity, balance, and hope Most importantly, this is a space where you don’t have to shrink, perform, or have it all figured out — you can simply be yourself while we work toward lasting change together.
