What should a new client know about working with you?

I understand the importance of creating a space where you feel safe and heard. Everyone’s journey is unique, so I tailor my approach to fit you. My style is interactive, experiential, and adaptable; guided by the following post graduate trainings/certifications: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I work collaboratively with you and support you in finding a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you. Using evidence-based strategies, we’ll focus on meaningful change—helping you respond to challenges in ways that align with your values, priorities, and overall well-being. I pride myself in being an empathic listener with efficient communication skills devoted to providing and implementing effective evidenced based treatment modalities. I’ve helped individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with a proven process to help you identify the root causes of your challenges and develop a personalized plan that leads to meaningful, measurable change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

You’ll be met with warmth and curiosity. I intend to get to know you - your story, your hopes, your needs, and your goals. I enjoy working with young adults, adults, and families who are navigating life challenges. Those who have a desire to discover themselves, explore and heal past wounds in a way that offers deeper connection to one’s values, priorities, and well-being.
