Therapy is a collaborative activity in which we work together in a safe environment to help you become a more satisfied version of yourself. My approach aims to partner with you to identify what challenges you have and unlock the potential within you to move beyond those roadblocks. I work with relationship and attachment wounds, as well as complex trauma and religious/spiritual abuse. I am also trained in both EMDR and IFS and often incorporate these into session as well.
