Gregory Bing, LPC

Psychotherapist
NJ
The provider is a “Licensed Professional Counselor" and their license number is 37PC01088300. Many of my clients are seeking to better understand themselves and the challenges they face. They may be dealing with anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck and want to know why they feel this way—and how to feel better. Some are in recovery and looking for support in maintaining long-term sobriety. Others are coping with loss and need help processing grief and adjusting to life after. I provide a supportive space to explore these issues and move toward healing and personal growth. The first step in my process will be to get to know you. To understand your strength, your challenges, and your context. Next we will start to clarify the challenge, and where it may be coming from. Once we have that foundation we start the process of experimenting around new thoughts and behaviors that will lead to feeling better. You have the ability to make positive change. Together we can bring an awareness, structure, and intention to the process to make it deeper, smoother, and in the end easier than going it alone. Thank you for considering working with me, and I invite you to reach out for a brief consultation to see if feels like a good fit for you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I'm a telehealth counselor with daytime and evening appointments available. Therapy is provided in the comfort of your own home. I manage my practice privately using the Simple Practice platform. This is to make telehealth and online payment as easy as possible, and to allow me to have more direct control over payments and policies that may be more cumbersome in working with a larger agency.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am proficient in a variety of therapeutic approaches, and will adapt to suit your specific needs and personal style.
