Greetings! I am knowledgeable in working with adults, and misunderstood children. I specialize in treatment of anxiety, anger management, depressive disorders, disruptive behavior disorders and practice CBT trauma/grief/play therapy. With over 15 years of experience, I’ve worked with diverse clients in both my private practice in addition to my roles as a clinician and supervisor at community mental health clinics. I hold a master’s degree in social work and a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and I’ve been in private practice since 2020. I have experience working at 3 community mental health clinics as well as private practice.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic style is creative and collaborative, engaging clients in a joint effort to achieve their goals. I bring a non-judgmental, humorous, creative and casual approach to therapy, offering empathy and a relaxed environment where clients can feel comfortable. I practice cultural competence and sensitivity, ensuring therapy is inclusive and respectful of each client's unique background.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In sessions, clients can expect to gain a sense of positivity and confidence as we work together to find meaningful resolutions to their challenges. I foster an environment that is energetic yet calming, where stress can be managed effectively. My approach is one of partnership, encouraging active participation as we work toward fulfillment and peace of mind. I am patient, approachable, non-judgmental and open-minded, ensuring that each client feels supported and understood throughout their journey.
