What is your typical process for working with clients?

After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.

Most relevant

Never received a link to meet with provider. The number in the email to get support wasn’t even to ZocDoc it was to Brightside or some other site. I had no way to contact anyone to get login help so wasted a half hour waiting and trying to call people who couldn’t help me
