Getting to know Griffin Harrow

My practice is dedicated to helping individuals and families reclaim their lives from OCD, anxiety, panic, and related conditions, born out of my own journey of healing. I hold a Master’s in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree from American University. My approach is built upon the most effective treatments in the field, alongside utmost compassion and respect. I utilize Exposure Response Prevention, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and create individualized treatment plans for individuals and families. My priority is ensuring that my clients feel supported and validated while taking the courageous steps of changing their lives.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I invite my clients to see that no problem is too big or too small to seek help. I work with all forms of OCD, including but not limited to ROCD, POCD, Sensory Focused OCD, HOCD/SO-OCD, rumination, and intrusive thoughts related to harm. I received training from the University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine in Exposure and Response Prevention.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Working with clients to heal themselves from anxiety-related conditions is more than just my job, it is my calling. It would be my honor to serve as your guide.
