What should a new client know about working with you?

I will provide you with a compassionate, empathetic and safe therapeutic environment while using a holistic approach. I blend traditional therapeutic techniques with alternative healing practices to create a well round treatment tailored to your emotional, cultural and psychological needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I create a safe, non-judgmental space for people to explore their sense of self and develop a deeper understanding of who they are. My therapeutic approach is grounded in relational therapy, fostering a collaborative and authentic environment where individuals can freely express themselves. She believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship to explore emotional experiences and dynamics, using them to guide clients toward healing through body, mind and spirit. I work with people to identify and develop protective factors, enhance resilience, and develop effective coping strategies.

Initial session: $250 for 90 minutes

Ongoing session: $150 for 60 minutes

Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork
Charges post-reimbursement amount: This provider will only charge you for the amount you pay after you get reimbursed from your insurance plan, so you don’t need to pay the session fee upfront
