Psychotherapy for Anxiety, Life Transitions & Professional Well-Being I provide virtual psychotherapy for adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns they can’t seem to shift on their own—especially during transitions that disrupt identity, confidence, or professional momentum. This often includes women navigating midlife and hormonal transitions, including perimenopause, and the ways these shifts can impact mood, focus, and overall well-being. I work particularly well with thoughtful, high-functioning adults who understand themselves intellectually—you’ve read the books, done the reflection, and tried different strategies, yet something still isn’t fully clicking. In our work together, we explore the patterns driving your distress while building practical tools that support meaningful, sustainable change. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with two decades of experience in professional coaching, I combine psychological insight with a forward-focused, action-oriented lens to therapy while keeping our work grounded in ethical, evidence-based practice. Whether we’re working on anxiety, stress management, burnout, difficult transitions, or relationship challenges, my approach is collaborative, grounded, and direct. Sessions are supportive, structured, and tailored to your goals. I provide a steady, non-judgmental space where you can explore challenges honestly and at your own pace. All sessions are conducted via secure telehealth. Early morning appointments are available in limited numbers each week.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is collaborative. You are the expert on your life — my role is to help you see patterns more clearly, strengthen self-trust, and develop tools that actually fit your day-to-day reality. We explore both insight and application—understanding the “why” behind what’s happening while also identifying practical steps forward. My style is warm, thoughtful, and steady, and we move at a pace that supports depth without overwhelm.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session focuses on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you hope to change. I’ll ask about your background, current challenges, and goals so we can create a clear, collaborative direction. Sessions are 50 minutes and conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform accessible by computer, tablet, or phone. Our work is conversational and practical—you’ll leave with insight as well as strategies you can begin applying right away.
