My counseling practice is client-centered, as I believe it is important to build a trusting relationship in a confidential, judgment-free environment. I am energetic and positive with my clients, helping them discover the best parts of themselves and their personal strengths. I have a positive regard for all and help clients work toward solutions to the issues impacting their lives. Are you struggling with life transition issues? Are you anxious or sad? Are you in emotional pain? Is your relationship in jeopardy? Counseling is a collaborative effort between you and your counselor. I have been in private practice since 2012. I graduated with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida in 2008 and became licensed in 2012.
