I am a licensed therapist and founder of GBC Mental Health & Wellness, LLC, providing virtual sessions to clients throughout Florida. As a therapist and professional life coach, I believe my purpose is to help each client spread out the pieces of a puzzle, to figure out how the image comes together to create a meaningful, purposeful, and value-driven life. I primarily practice Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), helping clients to see how learning to manage thoughts & emotions can help us develop healthier habits, stronger relationships, and a greater sense of stability and well-being. I work with a broad variety of clients facing challenges such as mood disorders, anxiety, grief & loss, managing big life transitions, facing relationship difficulties, and trauma recovery. My primary role is to help each client build up their mental “toolbox” to cope with whatever challenges may arise.
