I strongly believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship between client and clinician. This relationship provides a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their innermost selves and ultimately find the truest forms of healing, resilience, and growth?those that stem from within. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor's degree from Hebrew University of Jerusalem, I am trained to utilize a holistic approach to psychotherapy, focusing on the whole person and the environment in which they exist. Together, my clients and I identify and access their strengths and capacity for deep insight, unlocking their potential for good mental health and well-being. I believe in integrating mind, body, and soul to improve daily functioning and overall wellness. By employing an eclectic approach?including traditional talk therapy, somatic therapy (breathing, movement, body scanning, mindfulness), and drumming?I tailor therapy to each individual, helping them integrate their mental, physical, and emotional selves. I am fluent in English and Hebrew and utilize a culturally aware lens enriched by my experiences growing up in a diverse city, living overseas for 10 years during early adulthood, and working with people from a wide range of backgrounds. As the daughter of immigrants, a married mother of three, and part of the sandwich generation caring for both parents and children, I am personally familiar with anxiety, stress, the search for purpose and meaning, caregiving, cultural differences, and life's many challenges. I am here to walk with you on your personal journey and guide you with tools to face life's many ups and downs.
