As a Provisionally Licensed Therapist, I provide a compassionate, culturally responsive space where teens and adults feel supported, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. With Caribbean roots, I bring a unique blend of evidence-based therapy and cultural understanding to support clients navigating identity, anxiety, depression, work-related trauma, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. My personal experiences with cultural shifts strengthen my connection with BIPOC and marginalized communities while fostering a nonjudgmental environment for authentic conversations. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Georgia State University and Master of Social Work from the University of Georgia. My approach combines professional knowledge with genuine warmth, meeting each client where they are and helping them build resilience, insight, and confidence throughout their healing journey. I am under the clinical supervision of Michael Frech-LCSW
