Getting to know Hailey Jackson

Hi there, I'm Hailey! I am an LPCC therapist who specializes in working with neurospicy individuals. I earned my Master's in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. My preferred therapeutic approaches are Psychodynamic, existential, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I focus on uncovering the unconscious and underlying reasons why symptoms are present while also implementing coping skills for daily living. Being neurodivergent myself, many of my clients come to me seeking support for symptoms of ADHD, ASD, AuDHD, or OCD. I always show up authentically, hoping to create an environment where my clients feel comfortable bringing their true selves to each session. Being a therapist is the best job in the world. Just as much as my clients feel empowered by the therapeutic dynamic, I am changed as well. I feel privileged to get to know so many people on such a real, raw, and deep level. Goals will be set at intake and revisited and re-evaluated at session six. The first few sessions focus on building a strong connection, creating a safe space, and defining the direction for treatment.
