Struggling with anxiety, low mood, gender identity, LGBTQ+/queer identity, immigration culture, trauma, or attachment trauma? Do you often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or want to live as your authentic self? As a Chinese-speaking first-generation immigrant, I hope to provide non-judgmental perspectives on unique and personal struggles in the collectivist vs. Individualist culture paradigm. As a practitioner who provides gender affirming care, I am deeply humbled to walk along with my clients through their life and transitioning journeys.

Within the therapeutic relationship, we can explore your intersectional identities, empowerment, and healing. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, holistic, and evidence-based. I draw from modalities such as CBT, Internal Family Systems, trauma-informed care, etc. As a team, our focus is to provide you with the best support and tools.
