Getting to know Haley Bosemer
I am a Licensed LCSW/LCADC and have worked in this field since 2013, with three years of clinical experience. I have worked with individuals from various backgrounds under the children and family umbrella and substance use programs. I have experience working with family court, DCBS, and understand court orders. I have extensive experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, stressors, teenage girls, parenting, and coparenting. If you are having barriers with the school system and need help, we can figure it out too. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Louisville. What should a new client know about working with you?
Life can be hard. Sometimes we need a little support to meet our full potential. Having someone who can get you there may be the missing piece. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, ptsd, unresolved trauma, substance abuse, family conflict or maybe you just need someone to support your journey, I can assist you. You do not have do this alone. I use evidence based practices to enhance your strengths and help decrease your barriers. We will modify a treatment plan together to cater to your specific needs and work towards meeting your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
