Hello! I'm Haley, and I'm so glad you're here. My passion lies in providing a safe and interactive environment where you can tackle difficult subjects, address deep-seated trauma, or simply say the things you never thought you would say out loud. I specialize in working with teenagers and adults, and I also have experience with children as young as 5 years old. My journey in mental health has been diverse and enriching. I've advocated for children and teens in alternative school settings, assisted inmates in a level 5 prison prepare for their return to society, and led a five-star treatment facility as the program director. For several years, I ran groups focused on trauma education and provided individual trauma therapies for various age groups. With over 12 years in the mental health field and 8 years as a licensed therapist, I've gained a wealth of experience that I bring to our sessions. I graduated in 2016 with a Master's degree in Counseling from Missouri Baptist University, proudly achieving a 4.0 GPA. My undergraduate studies were in psychology and child development, and I am licensed in the state of Missouri. Additionally, I hold credentials related to substance use counseling. My therapeutic approach includes CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, and other modalities tailored to meet your unique needs. Outside of work, I love to travel, with Disney World being one of my favorite destinations. I cherish spending time with my family and enjoy snuggling with my cats, Biscuit and Gravy.
