We will focus on creating a roadmap and setting your goals for therapy. As we move through the process together, we'll regularly check in and adjust those goals to support where you are. My first session with you In our first session, we'll spend some time getting to know each other and creating a space where you feel comfortable. We'll go over your background information, briefly review new client forms, and talk about what brought you to therapy and what you're hoping to get out of it.
