My journey to mental healthcare I initially began providing therapy to meet licensing requirements; however, I have continued because it brings me fulfillment to support people and hold the role of someone’s “therapist.” I take great pride in being the person for one hour a week who facilitates a judgment-free, intentional space for clients to focus on themselves. My goals for you I work collaboratively with clients to identify treatment priorities. I assess what clients are experiencing and what they want to increase or decrease. Together, we create specific goals with the understanding that small progress is still progress. My first session with you During our first session, you can expect your therapeutic needs to be met. Some clients prefer to spend time building rapport and trust, while others may want to dive right into treatment.
