I have worked with clients with a wide range of experiences including but not limited to family issues; depression; anxiety; relationship issues; transition issues; grief/loss; parenting problems; trauma; and physical/emotional abuse. My therapy style is grounded in the belief of presence: the first step to any relationship/experience is to just show up. After all; that's half the battle.
