I work with children, adolescents, and adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from themselves after navigating difficult life experiences. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who have learned to push through, minimize their needs, or stay in survival mode. Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel grounded, and begin reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels steady and real. I am a Licensed Social Worker with experience supporting clients through anxiety, life transitions, relational challenges, and the impact of adverse experiences. I approach therapy with intention, warmth, and honesty, offering a space that is safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely seen and supported, not rushed or pathologized. My work is relational, developmentally informed, and trauma responsive. I integrate evidence-based practices with a strong focus on trust, emotional awareness, and connection. Together, we work to understand patterns, build resilience, and create healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. My goal is to support clients in growing strong roots that allow them to feel more confident, grounded, and aligned with the life they want to live.
