I've had the privilege of supporting clients with stress and anxiety, attachment issues, relationship challenges, depression, family conflicts, life transitions, grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and healing from traumatic experiences. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Dominican University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide compassionate and effective care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other. I’ll ask about what’s been going on for you, and you can ask me questions too. I’ll share my thoughts and observations to make sure they align with your experience. My goal is to build a warm, trusting relationship where you feel seen and heard as we walk this path together.
