I draw from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered techniques, and I adapt these methods to fit your unique story. I welcome both emotional and spiritual questions and work with you to uncover what is true, healing, and life-giving. I believe strongly in the power of a safe therapeutic relationship, and I am honored to walk with clients as they find healing and strength they didn’t know was possible. I earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, where my training integrated clinical preparation with spiritual formation. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Lynn Strom, LPC-Supervisor. I have experienced the profound benefit of personal therapy and believe that if given the space and care, anyone has the capacity to move through their difficulties and grow into the whole-hearted person they were made to be.
