What should a new client know about working with you?

The clinical skills/interventions I use most often are Person centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed care, Therapeutic Play, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and being a positive, hopeful and realistic individual. I am most eager to help teens and adults work through things like anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, and relationship/marital issues.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As your therapist, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space where your thoughts, feelings, and experiences are honored and respected. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I am here to help you explore challenges at your own pace, gain deeper insight, and develop tools to navigate life with greater clarity and confidence. You can count on me to show up with empathy, honesty, and consistency as we work together toward meaningful and lasting change.
