I integrate techniques from CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, and Narrative Therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs. My focus I work with adults struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and any issues negatively affecting overall functioning. Side by side, we’ll strengthen coping skills and create a growth plan that’s personalized, empowering, and manageable. My communication style I value authentic, open communication within a supportive, nonjudgmental space. Through active listening, I help you explore and reflect on your experiences and challenges. I believe meaningful change begins with empathetic connection and meeting you where you are.
