I specialize in OCD and use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the most effective, evidence-based treatment for OCD. Beyond our sessions, you'll have access to ongoing support when you need it most, including direct messaging, support groups, and real-time help when OCD symptoms spike. I've learned through my own experiences how isolating mental health concerns can be, so I became a therapist to walk with others who are struggling. By starting therapy at NOCD, you will never be alone. The journey to mental health can be a challenging one. Think of it as an adventure; I'm here to act as your tour guide along the way. This is a safe space, and you will not be judged based on anything you tell me. My other areas of focus include depression, anxiety, PTSD, couples, families, adolescents, play therapy, mood disorders, schizophrenia, LGBTQIA+, and substance use disorders.
