Hi! I'm Hanna.
Do you feel stuck, like you can't get out of your own way? Are you struggling to manage all of your responsibilities while trying to prioritize yourself?
I help my clients manage their anxiety and create a plan to feel successful while finding joy again. We focus on all aspects of your life, addressing your emotional and social needs.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, need support with relationships, or are managing anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Taking the step to ask for help can be scary, but you do not have to do this alone. I will use my clinical experience and expertise, grounded in my Master's in Social Work from Fordham University, to support you in reaching your goals.
What should a new client know about working with you?
After your first session you can expect to have a plan in place that will help us to explore your needs. Each time we meet you will walk away with action steps to try before we come back together. This will allow us to make adjustments as we go and to address any barriers that arise.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
