Getting to know Hannah Adams

I am a doctoral intern at Center for Anxiety's Rockland County office. I work with Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and various other presenting concerns. I have a background working with men and gender-related concerns, self-compassion work, perfectionism, and work surrounding self-efficacy and self-worth. I primarily use ACT, CBT, and DBT as treatment modalities. I take a very person-centered, values-focused approach to treatment. My goal is to help my patients identify ways to create a life of meaning and intention, while also developing skills to cope with life's challenges. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is key, and so I work hard to create a safe, trusting environment in which healing can take place.

The total fee for your initial appointment is $150. Center for Anxiety requires a $100 deposit to secure your appointment, and will charge $50 upon completion of the intake. My rate for follow-up sessions is $175 per hour. Center for Anxiety accepts credit and debit (including HSA) card payments.
