Hannah Beth, LMHC

Hannah Beth, LMHC

Psychotherapist
WA
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Washington State Approved Supervisor, specializing in helping individuals and couples untangle the knots of trauma, emotional distress, and relationship struggles. I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology from the Seattle School of Theology & Psychology. My approach is nurturing, straightforward, and trauma-informed. I believe that healing isn't about fixing what's broken-it's about remembering what has always been right and finding the clarity, resilience, and self-trust to move forward. Therapy isn't just about talking-it's about feeling your way back to yourself and into your relationships. My approach integrates Psychodynamic Relational therapy with evidence-based methods such as the Gottman Method, Somatic practices, and EMDR to help process trauma and deepen emotional awareness. I work collaboratively with clients, creating a space where they can explore their past, understand their patterns, and build the skills needed for healing and growth. I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, emotional distress, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients have carried pain-old wounds, untold stories, or patterns that keep looping no matter how hard they try to change. I am particularly comfortable working with those healing from relational trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, and life transitions, and I am deeply committed to providing an inclusive, affirming space for BIPOC and LGBTQIA individuals. I create a therapy space that is warm, consistent, and deeply accepting-a place where all of you are welcome. My style is both compassionate and direct; I will hold space for your emotions while also gently challenging you to step into deeper self-awareness. Working with me feels like having a steady, empathetic guide walking beside you-one breath, one insight, one session at a time. What drew me to this work is the deep knowing that we are not broken-we are becoming.
