Getting to know Hannah Brocious

Hannah seeks to create a welcoming environment for all of her clients with a focus on fostering relationships. Hannah strives to walk beside her clients as a companion on their mental health journeys. She uses interventions that are trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centered. She particularly feels called to work with those who experience suicidality as well as grief and loss. She also enjoys working with teens and individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. Hannah has experience working with clients across the lifespan on a number of issues, including life transitions, anxiety, depression, and LGBTQ+ concerns. She holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver, which has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, effective care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I will always complete a brief consultation call with potential clients to give/get some additional information and ensure that we are a good fit for each other! If we decide to move forward, I plan to take some time to get to know as a person. I am to build a trusting and supportive relationship with all of my clients before diving in. My time with clients is general spent utilizing talk therapy with some additional modalities as needed - I customize our time together for your needs!
