Hannah (she/her/hers) works with couples and individuals utilizing an eclectic approach; she is rooted in present moment practices, guided by her clients' goals, and informed of the relevance of their histories and family of origin. Holding a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, Hannah brings a kind and curious stance coupled with a social justice lens that includes tending to internalized cultural discourses and their effects. What is your typical process for working with clients?

Hannah is one of the few Hakomi therapists (level 2) in the state of Massachusetts and continues to train to be able to provide a space for individuals and couples to explore their subconscious material in a safe and curious way. Hannah has witnessed that the more we deeply learn to relate and care for all of our unique parts, the more we can grow into the adults we crave to become. In relationship, this practice lends itself to accepting the different parts of your partner(s), which enhances differentiation, self-expression, empathy, connection, and intimacy.
