I work with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients are used to holding a lot on their own and are looking for a space where they can feel understood, supported, and able to create meaningful change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Maybe anxiety is taking over, past experiences keep showing up in your present, or your relationships feel more difficult than they should. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based, trauma-informed therapies including CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and EMDR. I am EMDR-trained and integrate parts-based work to help clients better understand themselves, process past experiences, and build more effective ways of coping.
