What should a new client know about working with you?

I utilize a client-centered and psychodynamic approach, creating a compassionate space where you can explore your experiences and build on your inherent strengths. My practice is deeply trauma-informed and integrates elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy, humanistic principles, and existential thought to help you gain deeper insight and meaning. We'll also incorporate mindfulness-based techniques and Motivational Interviewing to support you in achieving your goals and fostering lasting change. Experience & Credentials I've gained extensive experience supporting individuals from adolescence through adulthood, working in private practice since 2023. My diverse background includes clinical placements at an inpatient medical detox facility, supporting clients with substance use disorders, and a community mental health facility, serving those with severe mental illness (SMI). This broad exposure has profoundly shaped my perspective and compassion as a therapist. I earned my Bachelors of Psychology and completed my Masters in Social Work from Arizona State University in 2023. My specialized training includes a Domestic Violence certificate, a certification in Compassionate Bereavement Care (CBC), and additional expertise in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). While I primarily use person-centered psychodynamic psychotherapy, I also draw from frameworks like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Existential Therapy to offer comprehensive support for your unique journey.

Hannah is awesome. She’s super easy to talk to and never makes me feel judged. I came in feeling lost after a breakup and struggling with self-esteem stuff, and she’s helped me feel more grounded and confident in who I am.
I started seeing Hannah after losing someone close and she’s been amazing. she listens, helps me talk about things I usually avoid, and somehow makes the hard convos feel safe. I always leave feeling lighter.
really gets it. I’ve been dealing with ADHD and some bad coping habits, and she actually helps me come up with stuff that works in real life, not just “therapy talk.” she’s patient, to the point, and keeps it real.
Before I met Hannah, I spent most of my energy worrying about everyone else and ignoring my own needs. I was anxious all the time and didn’t know how to say no or set boundaries. Therapy with Hannah helped me understand where those patterns came from and how to change them. I feel more confident, less anxious, and like I finally have permission to take care of myself.
My daughter had been struggling with anxiety and depression for over a year. We tried everything—nothing seemed to help until she started seeing Hannah. From the beginning, Hannah made her feel understood and not judged. She finally opened up, and over time we started seeing real changes. She’s smiling again, spending time with friends, and even advocating for herself in school. I’m so grateful for Hannah’s support and the safe space she created for our family.
Working with Hannah changed everything for me. She really got what I was going through—especially when I couldn’t explain it myself. I used to feel so overwhelmed by my thoughts, and now I feel like I can breathe again. She helped me manage my ADHD without judgment and gave me tools that actually work.
