Please complete it within 48 hours of receiving it.** When you work with me, you’ll find a patient and understanding therapist who meets you right where you are, guiding you through the tough questions and challenges life throws your way. Clients often tell me they appreciate my openness and the safe space I create for them to be vulnerable and grow. I focus on building trust and connection so you feel genuinely supported. I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School, which informs my compassionate and client-centered approach.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In our sessions, I’m all about patience and openness, creating room for vulnerability and honest feedback. Together, we can set clear goals for long-term success. I am a bubbly and positive person so that will come out in our sessions and I commit to meeting you where you are. If you’re having a bad day or tough thoughts, let’s talk about it. I’ll never force you to change a negative thought into a positive thought, unless that feels helpful, and I am open to feedback to ensure you’re feeling safe in every session. Using a blend of techniques like ACT, DBT, and trauma-informed CBT that best fits you, I can help you find coping skills for managing distress, regulate your emotions, and create a space where you feel heard and understood.
