My style of therapy includes a strengths-focused approach that seeks to address life challenges alongside each individual client as they feel ready. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with experience in children and family therapeutic services after completing a Master's in Social Work at Boston University. My work thus far has focused on familial and religious trauma, communication, emotional regulation, anxiety, and depression. I believe that with the right match between therapist and client, progress can be made toward one's individual goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Book your appointment through Zocdoc. You will receive an email from your provider, Hannah, to guide you through the process of confirming your insurance coverage and confirming your appointment. Once your insurance information has been confirmed, you can utilize a free 15-minute session at your scheduled time with Hannah or dive in for a full session at that time covered by your confirmed insurance. Hannah primarily uses talk therapy during the initial sessions with the option to branch out to additional specific therapeutic styles as the client and provider see fit together.
