In our first sessions, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals and create a plan that fits your needs and comfort level. A typical session can involve exploring your thoughts and feelings, learning strategies to manage stress, and finding ways to improve communication and relationships. I adjust my approach for every client, making sure therapy moves at your pace and always feels safe and supportive.
