Hi there! It's so nice to virtually meet you - I don't tend to enjoy small talk and I don't find credentials to be all that interesting (LCSW in TN), so I am going to tell you some facts about myself. I believe the most important part of therapy is the therapeutic relationship, so if we have similar interests and/or values, we may be a good fit. Here we go:
- I am an unapologetic Swiftie

- I have a deep passion for travel - and especially get a kick out of doing it on a budget
- I am a bit of a personal finance nerd, to the point of getting a certificate in Financial Social Work (that's right- that means we can work on your finances together!)

- I have two dogs - a chocolate lab and a boxer
- I enjoy getting outdoors and into the backcountry
