Getting to know Hannah Martin

Hey there, I am Hannah. I am a licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Arkansas, passionate about helping people reach their goals. I am ready to help you find solutions or support you in coping when there just isn't a solution. Mental health is a journey, and I will be there to help you every step of the way. I work in person in Chattanooga on Mondays and Wednesdays, and virtually on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. My hours are 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Friday. I can see people in Florida, South Carolina, and Idaho via telehealth. I accept most commercial insurances and Tennessee Medicare and am in the process of getting paneled with Tennessee Medicaid.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
