Getting to know Hannah Schwartz

Hannah obtained her master's degree in social work with a focus on crisis and trauma from Tel Aviv University in Israel. During her first internship, she worked with refugees and their young children experiencing crisis and trauma. Her second internship included working with the juvenile justice system teaching anger management classes for children and their parents. After graduating, she worked in a non-secure residential treatment center for adolescents, where she provided individual, family, parent, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and case management. Prior to joining Healthy Foundations Group, Hannah worked with children, adolescents, and adults impacted by complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, oppositional defiant disorder, and ADHD.
